We worked on the architectural shell of a complex engineering object, in which technology came first. Within this building, two main functions coexist - storage and business. Since the facade of the building faces a busy street, we decided to add another function - to combine the catering for the office workers with the dynamic of the city by creating a café open to the general public. As a result, the façade will become active, which serves as an additional advantage for the client's company. This allowed people to organize a meeting place, which, as a rule, improves work efficiency.
