On the territory of the refinery it is necessary to build an office for three hundred employees working in the old emergency building.
A fairly modest budget has been allocated for new construction, so construction volumes must be minimized.
Instead of the local mainstream for the residents corridor-cabinet structure, we proposed a solution due to which the cost of the project was within the amount indicated by the management.
We interviewed the heads of departments and collected staffing. Having studied the interaction of employees, their behavior, requirements and the configuration of workplaces, we united the employees, where possible, into common office spaces with compact ergonomic work desks. The area of ​​corridors and transit routes is minimized.
Switchboards and ventilation machines are located in the central core, minimizing the length of utilities.
