On the territory of the refinery it was necessary to build an office for three hundred employees working in an old emergency building. A modest budget had been allocated for the new construction, so construction volumes would have to be minimized. Instead of the local mainstream for the resident’s corridor-cabinet structure, we proposed a solution due to which the cost of the project would be within the amount indicated by the management team.

We interviewed the heads of departments and there staff Having studied the interaction of the employees, their behavior, requirements and the configuration of the workplaces, we united the employees, where possible, into common office spaces with compact ergonomic work desks. The area of ​​corridors and transit routes was minimized.
Switchboards and ventilation machines were located in the central core, minimizing the length of the utilities.
